If there is reasonable suspicion that an account was registered by a minor, fly99 reserves the right to freeze the account immediately and withhold any remaining balance pending investigation.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one fly99 account. Registering a second or additional account under the same individual — whether using a different name, email address, phone number, IP address, or device — is strictly prohibited. fly99 uses advanced detection systems to identify duplicate accounts.
You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete. This includes your full name, date of birth, phone number, and email address. fly99 reserves the right to verify this information at any time and to suspend accounts found to contain false or misleading details.
You are solely responsible for keeping your fly99 account password confidential and your account secure. fly99 will not be held liable for any financial loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your own negligence. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact the fly99 support team immediately.
Fly99 only accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The supported payment methods are as follows:
Deposits are typically credited to your fly99 account within seconds to a few minutes. If a deposit has not been credited within 30 minutes, please contact our support team with proof of transaction. fly99 is not liable for any delays caused by third-party systems or financial institutions.

Fly99 reserves the right to place withdrawal processing on hold if suspicious activity is detected or if an account is currently under verification. In such cases, the support team will contact the member concerned within 24 hours.
Fly99 offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that must be met before any withdrawal can be made.
Every bonus received carries its own rollover requirement. A rollover is the total wagering amount a member must reach before any withdrawal can be made from an account holding bonus credits. For example, if you receive a RM 50 bonus with a 10x rollover, you must place at least RM 500 in total wagers before a withdrawal is permitted.
Fly99 takes any attempt to abuse our bonus system seriously. Activities considered bonus abuse include registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, using automated software (bots) to fulfil rollover requirements, opposing-side wagering (arbitrage) between two colluding parties, and any other method intended to exploit the promotions system. Accounts suspected of bonus abuse are subject to investigation and may be frozen, with balances and bonuses forfeited.

All game outcomes on fly99 are generated by an independently certified system and are final. fly99 will not alter the result of any completed game except in the event of a verifiable technical error. Where a technical error affects a game outcome, fly99 reserves the right to void the relevant round or wager and refund the original stake to the member.
Fly99 is not liable for any losses arising from a member's internet connection disruption during an active game session. Should a disconnection occur while a slots round or Live Casino game is in progress, the fly99 system will record the outcome based on the last data received and resolve the round accordingly.
For the Match Odds section, confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or amended. fly99 reserves the right to void bets if a match is postponed, cancelled, or if no official result is declared within the timeframe set by the relevant odds provider. In the event of a match cancellation, stakes will be refunded to members within 24 hours.
Fly99 expects all members to use the platform responsibly, honestly, and with respect for fellow members. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure without compensation:

You may close your fly99 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Before closure, please ensure all rollover requirements have been met and there are no pending withdrawals. Any valid cash balance (excluding bonus credits) will be returned to you via the payment method used for your deposit.
